AGO focuses on sustainability and operates its own PV system with Meyer-Burger modules

Kulmbach, 27.09.2023: As a pioneer in the development of high-temperature heat pumps for CO2-free industrial and municipal heat supply in Germany AGO further to the energy transition during the commissioning of a dedicated environmentally friendly power generation plant.
The PV system consists of impressive 263 Meyer Burger “Black” modules with a power of almost 100 kWP and will in future operate as well as the KF- Loading columns of AGO-Central in Kulmbach supply with renewable electricity. The planning and installation of the PV system was carried out by the renowned company Greenion GmbH and lasted about 3 months.
“The decision to use the high-quality Meyer-Burger modules was made not only by the excellent business relations with our customer Meyer Burger, but also by the associated support of the threatened German solar industry,” stressed Günther Hein, Managing Director.
