We offer plant-related individual maintenance contracts up to cross-company long-term maintenance contracts. Advice and energy efficiency
Improving the overall energy efficiency of plants and real estate is becoming increasingly important and poses new challenges for the operation of building systems. For example, according to § 12 of the Energy Saving Regulation (EnEV), so-called energy inspections of space air systems of a certain age with a cooling capacity greater than 12 KW are mandatory.
The energy-efficient inspection of ventilation and air conditioning systems reveals energy vulnerabilities and develops suggestions for improvement of energy efficiency systems.
