Energy supply center II (EVC), Dresden
From the order allocation to the AGO until the start-up of the new energy supply center II in Dresden, just twelve months passed. A record-breaking time when considering that all tenders and assembly plans for the 22 million Euro project and of course enormous installation work have been carried out within this period.
Hot water heating system via solid gas-powered block heating power plants and heat exchangers, heated via saturated steam 10 bar from gas engines and steam boilers.
Technical data:
- Maximum permissible operating pressure: 16 bar
- Heat network: 32°C and 54°C
- 9 x gas engines per 2.560 kW = 23.0 MW / hot water
- 3 x heat exchanger per 5000 kW = 15.0 MW / hot water
- Cold production for a chip factory
- Cold water temperature 5°C and 11°C
- 5 turbo refrigeration units per 5.900 kW = 29.5 MW
- 3 pieces Double Effect absorber 5800 kW = 17.4 MW
- 2 pieces Single Effect Absorber per 3,200 kW = 6,4 MW
- Heat recovery from cooling water with 24.0 MW
- 14 St cooling towers per 6.5 MW = 91.0 MW
- Planning: AGO
