At the Karl-Kurz-Areal, an energy center for the Landratsamt and a hotel complex were rebuilt.
The order included the installation of a hot water boiler with maintenance of a BHKW connection, integration of the buffer reservoir and the district heating pump station. For the cold supply, a split refrigeration machine with reserve space, the integration of the cold water buffer store and the remote cold pump station was installed.
