Support in order processing:

Commercial order controlling with creation of project calculations in cooperation with project managers
Creating and triggering invoices and demand messages
Tracking orders
Maintenance and securing of stocks
Support in creating documentation

Support for sales:

Support in offering creation
Tracking of offers

Your profile:

Interest in implementing innovative heat pump projects for the energy and heat transition and in building a young business area
Successfully completed training for the construction and project businesswoman/-mann or Industrial businesswoman or similar commercial training with experience in the project business
High commitment and self-motivation
Organizational institution
Communicative and team capable
Safe handling of the default Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook)
