Expand your potential as a specialist building manager in energy plant engineering in our dynamic assembly team!

In this key position you are the conductor who ensures the smooth running of our demanding projects. Your tasks include coordination, monitoring and optimization of the construction process.

Your tasks:

Control of own employees and subcontractors, coordination with other structures involved in the construction.
Checking the requirements for feasibility on site. Correction.
Monitoring and securing the assembly progress with regard to qualitative, timely and economic performance performance based on technical specifications and drawings.
Organization and coordination of material flow
Delimitation and assessment of contractual non-contractual performance.
Detection and elimination of malfunctions in the provision of services.
Creation of the required construction site traffic

Your profile:

You have completed vocational training in the HKS/Rohrleitungsbau metal sector. For this purpose, you have already gained relevant experience as a specialist building manager in industrial pipe construction, ideally in the processing (welding) of steel, stainless steel and plastic pipe lines.
In addition, we would be pleased if you are able to bring expertise in occupational safety and health at construction sites and deal with office applications.
