Takeover of AGO AG Energy + Plants by RheinEnergie

Following the approval of the bodies and supervisory authorities, the RheinEnergie will have to HCS Participation company mbH all shares of AGO AG Energie + Anlagen taken over. The Cologne company thus strengthens its competence in the future field of energy services.

The AGO Together with RheinEnergie, AG continues to focus on the planning and construction of innovative and efficient energy systems with its expertise and experience. As a result of the acquisition, AGO as well as for RheinEnergie numerous synergies and potential new fields of action in the field of energy services.
These range from comprehensive consulting services and plant planning to contracting solutions for industry and municipalities for power supply, heat, cold and air and climate technology.

We have developed a complete service chain of consulting, engineering and execution including sophisticated contracting solutions. With the acquisition of AGO For our customers, we can now solve the tasks of an increasingly complex energy world,” explained Achim Südmeier, sales manager of RheinEnergie, the background of the acquisition.
