We have eight new trainees since September.
Under the motto “Commonly strong” there was the first successful Azubi shoot.
“The craftsmanship is now one of the trend occupations with best prospects for the future, so we are pleased that we have a training rate similar to last year.
We rely on training and take over a large part of the trainees at the end of the successfully passed training. For AGO This is an important step to counteract the lack of skilled workers in the region”, says the management of the AGO Energy + plants.
