We ensure long-lasting and perfect functioning of operations by regular inspection and maintenance of the systems and therefore avoid damages and failures beforehand. Our service team has extensive expertise in the areas of refrigeration engineering, burner technology, measurement and control technology, ventilation and climate technology – we also have our own assembly personnel for renovations, repair and extension of plants at command.

If for individual solutions or complete renovations, if for strengthening measurement and control technologies or the renewal of plant mechanisms – our main focus always is to optimize and adapt existing supply systems for an ideal cost-benefit ratio. h2. Consulting and energy efficiency
The improvement of the total efficiency of plants and estates is increasingly gaining importance and creating new challenges with regard to the operation of technical building systems. An example is Art.12 of the German Act on Energy Conservation (EnEV), which stipulates that the energy consumption of ventilation systems with a cooling capacity higher than 12 kW has to be checked mandatorily once a plant reaches a certain age. The energy inspection of ventilation and air-conditioning systems helps reveal weaknesses and allows the development of tailored improvements to a system's energy efficiency.
